Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 3 fresh or frozen strawberries diced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse for 10-15 seconds and serve.


We recommend organic ingredients when possible, especially when it comes to strawberries since they are on the Environmental Working Group's Dirty Dozen produce list.
If you don't have any strawberries you can use 2-3 tablespoons of a no sugar added jam/fruit spread like Crofters.
If you're using fresh or frozen strawberries this dressing will last about 3-4 days if refrigerated. If using no sugar added jam/fruit spread, it can last as long as 7-10 days.
